What should I do with Businesses and Contact Persons?

In MiniCRM, to every opportunity card shall belong a business or a contact person.

You can manage the processes related to businesses or contact persons on the opportunity cards.

A business or a contact person can have more than one opportunity card so they can be involved in various processes (they bought something from you, you issued an invoice and they wrote to your Helpdesk in the meantime).

The opportunity card defines your relationship with the business or the contact person.

  • Sent an Issue
  • Paid an Invoice

If you sell to businesses, you can manage businesses and contact persons as well. You can store information about them on business and contact cards.

If you sell to private individuals, you only have to manage contact persons. You can store information on contact cards.
