What is an Opportunity card good for?

Opportunity cards represent the processes managed in MiniCRM.

If you use MiniCRM for Sales, one opportunity card equals to a sales opportunity.

If you use MiniCRM for Invoicing, one opportunity card equals to an invoice.

If you have a Helpdesk module, one opportunity card equals to an issue.

It is up to you what kind of processes you would like to support by using MiniCRM.

One lead/customer can have more than one opportunity card on which you can follow what is happening to them.
